Yes, to fry pork chops or chicken - here's a little hint. Let them soak in buttermilk for about 30 minutes (the whole pork chop or piece of chicken or chicken tenders need to be submerged in buttermilk). Then take them out and flop them around or roll them around in flour (add a little salt and pepper to the flour prior to putting the meat in) and then fry them up.

I love that you fried them for an hour and 16 minutes - I am more surprised that you did not run out of grease???????

Too funny -thanks for starting my day off with a laugh.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6851498619291689488.post-42197905433623639772009-02-16T16:31:00.000-06:002009-02-16T16:31:00.000-06:00You make me so tired....but I love you..BonnieYou make me so tired....but I love you..

BonnieAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6851498619291689488.post-20060146320039506442009-02-15T13:30:00.000-06:002009-02-15T13:30:00.000-06:00Oh my!
